Today marks the end of an era.
For three and a half decades, Don Wamsley has been a cornerstone of Anselmo-Merna School. His dedication and tireless behind-the-scenes efforts—keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring snow was cleared, maintaining countless miles of HVAC systems, cutting endless acres of grass, and so much more—have been nothing short of extraordinary.
Beyond his hard work, Don was always a friendly face in the hallways, and the students loved seeing him around the school. His kindness and warmth made a lasting impact on everyone who crossed his path.
Don will be deeply missed by so many but we celebrate him and his well-deserved retirement.
A-M is better because of Don.
Don, Thank you for your years of service and commitment to our school and our kids.

Tonight, our boys competed against the Bluejays of Ravenna in the Pleasanton Holiday Tournament.
Tonight's game was more than just basketball—it was a reminder of the privilege it is to compete and for communities to come together.

Our hearts go out to the Ravenna Bluejays community. The tournament schedule for tomorrow at Pleasanton has been revised. The boys will play as scheduled, while the girls will not play tomorrow evening and take on the winner of Cambridge/Pleasanton on Saturday at 5:00 pm in the North Gym.
