Anselmo-Merna is excited to welcome our principal, Mr. McIntosh, back into the wrestling room as he will be taking on the Assistant Boys Wrestling Coach position. Mr. McIntosh brings plenty of experience as he was the head wrestling coach at A-M for many years. Go Coyotes!

Coach Kirchmann is looking for some helpers to work clock on June 25th for our Girls Basketball Team Camp. This is open to all incoming 6th-8th grade girls. We will need 2-3 per gym. The first game starts at 8:15 and should be over around 4. Coach Kirchmann will provide a lunch and snacks throughout the day. A-M is thrilled to announce Coach Shelby Sommer as our new Assistant Girls Basketball Coach! Coach Sommer on accepting the position: “I feel honored to join as an assistant basketball coach and work with this very dedicated and talented group of student-athletes this upcoming season. The wrestling team will be putting on a cornhole tournament for a fundraiser this Saturday during Big Sky. Contact Coach Wells with questions!

The 4th annual 4th-8th grade Lady Coyote basketball camp was a huge success this year. We had our largest turnout and this group worked extremely hard. We focused on the fundamentals, participated in some competitions, and learned the standards of the program. I want to send a huge shout out to all of our High School helpers (some not pictured) that made this camp fun and enjoyable for this group of girls! The future is bright!

Reminder: The 4th-8th grade Lady Coyote Basketball camp is tomorrow from 9 AM-11 AM for all of those that signed up!

Reminder: Team PT will be concussion testing using SWAY in the high school library at 9:15 am. All 7th-12th students that plan to play any sport this upcoming year will need to attend if able. Please be sure to have the Sway app downloaded on a phone or device. We will have a few iPads available if needed. After concussion testing, Anselmo-Merna will be hosting a sports physical clinic on June 6th at the school beginning at 10:00 am lasting until 12:00 pm. There is no cost for each student. Summer camps that are being attended this year will require updated physicals. Physicals are good for 1 year.
