We are proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our students who were recognized at the Custer County Foundation Scholarship event today in Ansley. These honors reflect not only their hard work and dedication, but also the bright futures ahead of them. This year’s scholarship recipients include: • Shayleigh Coleman – Bob and Verna Lewis Student/Athlete Memorial Scholarship, Becton-Dickinson Scholarship, Fred and Alice Werner Scholarship • Ryan Finney – Pat Downey Memorial Scholarship • Colin Wright – Verna and Helen Reynolds Scholarship • Haylea Miller – Custer County Foundation Board of Directors Scholarship • Drake Doss – Mark Wells Memorial Scholarship • Jarrett Wells – Margaret Bradley Memorial Scholarship, David Schwisow Memorial Scholarship • Korbin Druery – Becton-Dickinson Scholarship • Lily Thornton – Custer County Patriots for Freedom Scholarship • Rhianen Myers – Mills-Hartman Scholarship We also celebrate past graduates who continue to excel: • Carlee Bartak – Ransom Varney Memorial Pharmacy Scholarship • Mackenzie Burnett – Sharon Elaine Millsap Memorial Scholarship Our students are incredibly fortunate to grow up in a community that so strongly supports them and invests in their growth, success, and future. The generosity of those who support these scholarships speaks directly to the values of our community and the belief in our young people. Our Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) students visited Brookestone today as part of a hands-on learning experience. One resident celebrating a birthday shared it was one of the best days they’ve had in a while! JAG continues to provide real-world exposure, helping students explore career opportunities and build skills that will translate in any work place! #GoCoyotes!

Mr. McIntosh presented at the NRCSA Conference alongside Nebraska administrators and board members, showcasing our Farm-to-Table program. He highlighted how it started, the strong community support behind it, and the generous donations and local beef purchases that help feed our students. We’re proud of the partnerships that make this possible—and we celebrated with a grilling day for our kids! #GoCoyotes

Congratulations to Dane, Caenyn, & Kayden for being selected to the MNAC All-Conference Basketball teams! Dane was selected to the 1st Team and Caenyn and Kayden were Honorable Mention. Way to go guys!
