Summer Weight Program--
For the Week of May 25-28 Weights will be 100% optional and will not affect attendance for any shirts or awards.
This will be the new schedule for Summer Weights.
GIRLS
All High School and Junior High Girls will begin at 6:30 AM and will finish by 7:30 AM. The Weight room/track will be open all 5 days but they will only be allowed to come in 4 days a week.
BOYS
All High School and Junior High Boys will begin at 6:30 PM. This will be after Boy's Basketball Open Gym which is at 5:30-6:30. The Weight room/track will be open Monday thru Thursday.
